Inbound Call Centre Representative
Requirements:
Flexibility to work within the operating hours of 6:30am - 12:00am
Class start date: May 16, 2016 -
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is required
- Strong sales intuition
- Banking / financial institution experience will be considered an asset
- Superior verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated by targets and achieving results
- Strong accountability and confidence
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task within an ever-changing environment
- Intermediate level of computer literacy, primarily within a Windows-based environment
