Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (Part-time welcome)
Work Location: 410 Hwy 21 N, Maple Creek, SK S0N 1N0
Vacancy: 1
Salary: $16.70-17.00/hr based on 36-40hr/wk
Benefit: 5.9% Vacation pay
Skill Requirement  
    Education: Completion of secondary school
    Experience: Completion of Hospitality related college program or 2 years related experience

Major Duties:
-Handling guest, customer and employee complaints
-Recruiting, interviewing, selecting and overseeing training and development of staff
-Supervising all staff members
-Coordinating the scheduling of staff members and room booking as required
-Facilitating guest departures by providing accurate statements and ensuring guest satisfaction
-Ordering supplies and equipment when needed in order to achieve efficiency
-Responding to any guest or employee concerns by investigating the issue(s) and creatively resolving the situation
Others: Candidate is willing to work variable shifts and weekend
