You will be joining an established Agency that is guided by faith to care for and bring hope to people in need with humility, compassion and respect.  With more than 50 years of service delivery, Catholic Social Services is one of the largest multi-function social services agencies in Canada, with more than 1600 staff, and hundreds of volunteers delivering 130+ programs through Edmonton and Central Alberta.

Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, confidentiality and flexibility have prepared you to work with this dedicated team.

You are able to work independently and as a team participant; you are knowledgeable about all administrative processes and procedures. Fluency in Word, Excel and databases, and your ability to use all office equipment will be essential to your success in this position. In addition to various administrative tasks, your responsibilities include filing and reception duties.

Your Diploma in Office Administration or equivalent along with 2 years' experience in administrative office work has prepared you for this valuable position.
