Property Manager required for Saskatchewan portfolio (Regina and Saskatoon).
The position is a full time management position, duties include: -hiring on site staff, engaging contractors, overseeing all maintenance repairs and rejuvenation, advertising and leasing, budgeting, monthly reporting.
Preference will be given to candidates familiar with Yardi property management software or similar systems, preference will also be given to CPM's or CPM candidates.
