Our Opportunity

Allnorth is seeking an experienced manager to lead the Infrastructure team within Saskatchewan within the Transportation, Municipal and Structural Bridge sectors.  The manager will be responsible to maintain a skilled and competitive discipline team; manage the size and make-up of the team to suit workload; marketing a client services on a regular basis; implement improvements and improve efficiency, and supervises the activities of a team in the execution of projects some time taking on a Project Manager lead role.  This position is responsible for advancing Allnorths brand reputation, supporting team building initiatives and the medium to long-term opportunity pipeline focus on transportation clients and projects.

Requirements

    A registered P.Eng or Applied Science Technologist with practical experience in engineering consulting;
    Sector knowledge  proven depth of understanding and existing relationships within the infrastructure sector;
    Project Management ability and experience - capable of delivering projects successfully under a wide range of contractual and project delivery formats;
    Proposal management experience - with a track record of crafting winning proposals for transportation assignments;
    Business development  able to understand a clients business and issues, and develop proposals to enhance value to their business and / or solve specific problems in a cost effective manner.
