Responsible for all administrative and operational
activities related to office coordination and
facility maintenance and radio bingo including
supervision of staff and the
distribution/collection of bingo cards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Coordinating radio bingo fundraising, facility
and administrative functions for Saskatchewan's
Aboriginal Radio Network.
-Supervise all bingo and administrative staff.
-Verify all radio bingo sessions (average 10 radio
bingo sessions per month).
-Coordinate bingo card distribution and supply
inventory.
-Maintain correspondence and communication with
bingo card sellers.
-Maintain bingo accounts and bingo accounting
records.
-Supervise the retail payment clerk and accept
retail payments and equipment exchanges as per
MBC's partnership with community cable/internet
service provider.
-Complete all required building and grounds maintenance at La Ronge broadcast facility.
Requirements:
-Must be willing to work flexible hours including Sunday evenings.
-Strong organizational and supervisory skills. -Necessary computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Publisher and Accounting software).
-Must have a valid class five (5) driver's license and access to a vehicle.
-Ability to operate maintenance equipment.
-Successful candidate must be bondable and submit
to a criminal record check.
