STG Fleet Services, a member of Siemens Transportation Group Inc., requires a Call Centre Administrator at their Saskatoon, SK location.
Hours for this position are Friday to Sunday 6:30pm to 7:00am
Responsibilities
Manage all Driver Vehicle Condition Reports through the Fleet Assistant Program
Direct and track incoming repair requests
Process and manage Work Orders and Purchase Orders for all breakdowns
Communicate details of repair with Central Dispatch
Run, analyze, and reconcile fuel reports
Provide guidance to drivers in situations where breakdowns occur
Qualifications
Excellent computer skills
Good communication skills
Professional and courteous with suppliers, as well as internal customers
Experience in the trucking industry is considered an asset
