Lead the team of internal resources and consultants responsible for the delivery of cross-functional, re-usable services that support Agile operations.

What youll do:
Lead the development of lean, Agile delivery processes
Collaborate with developers and production operations staff in a DevOps environment
Mentor the team in development planning, workload management and setting performance objectives
Manage relationships with third-party providers for the effective delivery of outsourced services
What were looking for:
Proven team leader who can create excitement around change
Relationship-builder experienced in managing diverse technical resources
Organized multi-tasker with Agile or DevOps experience
Ability to manage staffing capacity and budgets

What youll need:
A degree in computer science, mathematics or administration and at least seven years of related experience (or equivalent)
