Research assistant will work in the Online Therapy Unit for Service Education and Research. This unit is coordinating and evaluating the delivery of Internet-delivered Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (ICBT) in Saskatchewan. ICBT involves patients reviewing psychoeducational materials over the internet and therapists providing support and directing therapeutic activities via secure messaging. The assistant will be involved in the delivery of ICBT (e.g., advertising ICBT, screening for ICBT) as well as research related to ICBT (e.g., preparation of ethics applications, recruitment of participants, data collection, data entry, qualitative and quantitative data analysis, write-up of results for dissemination, creation of psychoeducational materials using various methods, organization of research materials, literature reviews, project management) and other related responsibilities. This job is ideal for the graduate who has recently completed an honours degree and is seeking experience in research and clinical work that would prepare the student for future graduate work or applied jobs. Supervision and Training will be provided in this position.
