Do you like working in an office but also getting out from behind a computer? Are you a person who can work independently with exceptional organizational skills? Our client, a mid-sized professional services firm in the north end of Saskatoon, is looking for a Filing Assistant to join their Office Services team.
The Role:
Sorting archived files
Labeling documents
Moving file boxes
Scanning documents
Electronic filing into a document management system
Tracking and ordering office supplies
Organizing binders and client files
Data entry
Reception relief
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience filing and sorting documents, both with paper and electronically
Ability to lift up to 20lbs
Excellent organizational skills
Takes pride in document control
Strong communication skills - ability to interact with various departments
Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
