The Prince-Albert Co-op is currently accepting applications for full-time Office Clerk position at our Administration Office. We are looking for applicants who are excited to provide Legendary Service to all of our guests and members in a GREAT community!
Primary Job Functions
Provide prompt, personalized Legendary Service to all of our members and guests. Supervise monthly accounts receivable statement run. Reconciliation of accounts receivables and on-line verification of accounts with Equifax. Review all credit balance accounts and process third-party credit invoices. Contact person for customers and members requiring account information. Filing of accounts receivable invoices.
Required Skills
-Outstanding interpersonal skills
-Ability to operate electronic cash register and other equipment
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Solid experience in providing excellent customer service
-Experience with Microsoft Office programs and database software
-Attentive to detail and able to remain calm under pressure
Desired Skills/Experience
Post-secondary education or Accounts Receivable experience is preferred.
Reporting:
Reports to the Credit Manager.
