Reporting to the Quality & Safety Supervisor, your primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ensure work is completed in a safe manner, meeting quality standards.
Complete all maintenance service requests as assigned.
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance.
Perform building and equipment maintenance tasks.
Maintain comprehensive maintenance records.
Coordinate special projects as directed by the Supervisor.
Coordinate and oversee work being performed by outside contractors.
Complete grounds work including picking up trash, sweeping curb and parking areas, and maintaining lawn sprinkler systems.
Alert the Supervisor of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that has taken place or that may occur.
