The Opportunity
This temporary position will commence as soon as possible. Salary and benefits are per the current CUPE #4799 Agreement.Starting salary will be $21.05/hr.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Ability to perform meticulous and accurate data entry;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Ability to design, develop and interpret data presented through graphs, software and spreadsheets;
Provide support for the research, development and completion of reports that contain confidential information that may be requested for multiple audiences;
Ability prioritize multiple demands;
High degree of discretion and personal integrity with the ability to safeguard sensitive and controversial matters in a confidential manner;
Related duties as assigned.
Education, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience The Person
Minimum of one (1) year Secretarial/Office Education training at a recognized institution as recognized by the Board of Education;
Knowledge of methods and procedures used in maintaining an office;
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Professional and the internet.
The Person

You care about quality, accuracy, and paying attention to detail, yet you can also see the big picture and how multiple elements of the work fit together. You work effectively in a team as well as independently, and succeed with minimal supervision. Your positive attitude is infectious and you both recognize your own strengths and have an ability to help others see and leverage theirs.
This position will commence as soon as possible. Interviews will be scheduled once a suitable pool of candidates is established.
