Oakwood Nissan is growing & we are looking for a high energy individual to join our team as

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Role of the Customer Service Representative:

- Ensure every client receives a high level of service and attention.
- Answering phone and booking appointments.
- Follow up calls and emails to customers within 48 hours of their completed service appointment.
- Managing customer data in ADP.
- Appointment reminder phone calls to customers.
- Service marketing promotions.
- Assisting on the service counter, includes greeting customers, checking customers in for their appointments and writing up work orders.
- Opening and closing work orders.

Qualifications:

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High customer service satisfaction expectations.
