Our client's high-end restaurant, in terms of rural western Canada, has earned a reputation for great food in its unique and accelerating atmosphere.  But they arent satisfied!  They have plans to offer more than just great steak and ribs!  

Construction is underway on a second phase, then third phase, expansion plan to add additional services to their offering - the final result isnt going to be small!  

To facilitate, manage, and grow all aspects of the business during and after this project, they seek an experienced Manager of Operations to provide direct management for all the current and future operations.  


Does this sound like you?

-Project management experience
-Ability to see the big picture  establishing strategies for growth and seeing them through to implementation
-Strong financial/P&L acumen
-Ability to profitably manage multiple business units simultaneously
-Great, generous leadership, coaching, and mentorship style
- Business Development or Marketing experience
-Up for a challenge, smart, ambitious, educated with some experience in the service industry

What would you be doing?

-Overseeing and directing the day-to-day operations, marketing, promotion, and advertising of the various business units (with support from various department heads)
-Developing, managing the budgets and P&L responsibility
-Working with the team to make the organization successful
-Integral part of future planning & implementation of expanded developments; project management of the growth phases
