Ambassador Mechanical is a multi faceted premier Manitoba based commercial mechanical company that has enjoyed tremendous growth over the last 25 years. Ambassadors close partnerships with its clients, excellent customer service and understanding the need to deliver an efficient and innovative service keep it at the forefront of the industry. Due to the growth of our Saskatchewan operations in Regina, we have an immediate need for Journeyperson plumbers.
Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications
Determine layout of systems and networks
Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing
Installation of plumbing pipes and fixtures
Follow all safety regulations
Complete work orders
Qualifications
Red Seal Journeyperson or completed Level 2 apprentice training
Attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills
Valid Drivers License
Experience working on commercial new construction and renovation projects
Willingness to work out of town if required
Site Supervision Experience is required.

- Locate and mark position of pipe connections, holes and fixtures
- Join pipes with couplings, clamps, screws, bolts or cement
- Install, repair and maintain plumbing fixtures and systems
- Install manholes and catch basins
- Inspect and test pipes for leaks
- Determine layout of systems and networks
- Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing
- Cut holes to accommodate pipes and fittings
- Repair, service and maintain plumbing systems or fixtures
