GARAGE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
The suitable candidate will be able to perform the following duties:
- Responsible for all administrative functions of the mechanic shop with an emphasis on invoicing
- Answering incoming calls for the Mechanic Staff
- Process work requests and provide Mechanics with technician work sheets
- Pick up and order parts
- Booking and scheduling the appointments for vehicles and notifying people when vehicles are ready
- Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
The suitable candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Must have a Valid Class 5 driver's License
- An Office Education certificate from a recognized institution is an asset
- A combination of education and experience will be considered
- Minimum Grade 12
- Previous experience in administration is preferred
- Knowledge of office equipment and operation
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work well with others
- Knowledge of automotive parts is an asset
Position: Permanent full-time position starting as soon as possible.
