The Manager, Platform Development plays an integral role in supporting all Society functions and mission critical areas, with primary responsibility for administration and day to day upkeep of the Salesforce enterprise-wide platform, development of fundraising pages and functionality and day to day upkeep of the Luminate Online/Luminate CRM systems, and for the real-time integration between the two systems. This position is also the primary technical support for the engagement centre NewVoiceMedia telephony systems integrated with Salesforce and is responsible for administration of the Saskatchewan portion of the cancer.ca website.
