JOB SUMMARY:
Executive Housekeeper is primarily responsible for managing the daily operation of the housekeeping staff. S/He will promote a safe working environment and quality service to achieve maximum guest satisfaction. The Executive Housekeeper will work with supervisors, inspectors, department heads, and other members of the housekeeping team to ensure maximum efficiency.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
Exceptional communication skills when interacting
Able to accurately follow instructions, both verbally and written
General computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
Detailed orientated and work well under pressure
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Be professional in appearance and demeanor
Ability to work flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to deal effectively and interact well with guests and associated
Ability to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner
Have a passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests
Must have excellent guest and associate relations skills, skilled in problem solving by identifying the problem and working through it
Possess strong leadership, motivational, organizational and verbal communication skills
Employees will be required to perform and other job-related duties assigned
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or equivalent, Housekeeping/laundry experience, Exceptional guest focus, Supervisory experience.
