The Position:

As the full time Risk and Compliance Officer you will:

    ensure Unity Credit Union adherence to regulatory compliance
    complete budgets; maintain accounting records, prepare monthly and annual financial reports
    oversee enterprise risk management
    develop and manage budget for ongoing physical operation and maintenance of facilities

Qualifications: Grade 12 diploma plus two years of formal education in accounting; plus four to six years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  The candidate must have excellent communication skills and work effectively within the team. Must demonstrate a willingness to actively promote the Credit Union and become involved in the community.
Accounting or audit designation (such as a CPA, CIA, CISA) preferable but not a requirement.
