Office administration experience required
Work with the team responsible for promoting and delivering programs across Canada for agriculture producers, agribusiness operators and agri-food entrepreneurs.


What youll do:
Provide administrative support to event planners and content creators
Help source and book venues and caterers
Manage email publishing and publication lists
Co-ordinate distribution of event packages
Track program budgets

What were looking for:
Organized and detailed multi-tasker with advanced computer skills
Proven communicator who is a strong team player
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

What youll need:
Specialized post-secondary training in administration and at least three years of related experience (or equivalent)
Fluency in both official languages
