Description

Sun West School Division invites applications for an User Interface Developer in the Sun West Distance Learning Centre, Kenaston, SK.  This is a permanent position, 7 hours per day, 197 days per year starting as soon as possible.  

The successful applicant, as part of the Sun West Distance Learning Centre team, will support teachers in the front end development of DLC courses, maintain the DLC website and Moodle interface.  

Duties and Responsibilities:1.Provides design and front end development subject matter expertise.
2.Participates in online course reviews and development cycles, to deliver the most engaging user experience for learners.
3.Assists in developing UI for web applications.
4.Assists with responsive designs.
The successful applicant will possess the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to manage all aspects of User Interface Development for the Sun West Distance Learning Centre. Completion of a Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Communications will be considered an asset.
