Brandt Engineered Products has a position available for a Platform Team Lead - Custom in our Regina location.

    
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Create and manage engineering teams for successfully delivering projects to internal customers, i.e. manufacturing or other platforms.
- Develop, mentor and retain high quality design staff.
- Work with customer support and provide technical support for field issues as necessary.
- Identify areas for improving cost, quality, feature offerings, etc. to business development leads.
- Identify and mitigate technical and business risk related to the engineering design of products.
- Develop design concepts and directions for project teams that will create long-term profitability of the platform.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Professional Engineer or Technologist with 5+ years experience
- Extensive experience in relevant design and design tools like CAD
- Excellent communication skills  written and verbal
