Role:
As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking full course meals and individual dishes, ensuring quality of food and determining food proportions. It is important that all CBH team members exude confidence and a positive attitude that others can thrive on. We do work for our guests after all.
Responsibilities:
Completing CBH knowledge training on policies, food and drink specials, and all other tools necessary to excel at CBH
Be prepared, in uniform and ready to go 15 minutes prior to your scheduled shift
Prepare and cook full course and individual meals
Ensure quality of food
Determine size of food proportions
Maintain a clean work environment, cleaning kitchen and work areas, including washing dishes
Qualifications and competencies:
Enthusiastic, outgoing and positive attitude
Organization and multi-tasking skills
Ability to work as a team and with minimal supervision
Willing to take initiative
Maintaining a clean work environment
Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Communication skills: Read, write and speak English
1 2 years of experience
Completion of High School
