Description

To manage the day to day operations of the Housing Authority's maintenance and modernization programs, ensuring high standards of appearance, safety,security, longevity of property. Must supervise maintenance and groundskeeping staff; perform various inspections, develop scopes of work, oversee contracted work; implement preventative and routine maintenance initiatives.
Must participate in an on call emergency after-hours rotation.
Must have a working knowledge of e-mail, Microsoft office, word and excel.
