-Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the process for asphalt re-surfacing projects
-Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other project managers
-Requisition materials and supplies
-Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity
-Train or arrange for training for workers
Recommend personnel such as hiring and promotions
-Experience in asphalt and re-surfacing is an asset
