Manager, Enterprise Architecture

SaskPower has a career opportunity for a Manager within Business Performance and Planning, Enterprise Architecture.

Enterprise Architecture partners with the business and Information Technology stakeholders to ensure SaskPowers IT landscape remains cohesive. The mandate of Enterprise Architecture is to ensure the IT organization can respond quickly and effectively in support of driving business change.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Establish a Core Enterprise Architecture team that supports the EA mandate
Participate in the implementation and management of the EA operating model
Participate in the development and ongoing maintenance of EA services that address stakeholder needs
Participate in the development of a business architecture discipline that understands the business and their needs
Lead the implementation of an Information Governance strategy and framework
Lead incremental progress towards the target state architecture


KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Bachelor's Degree in Administration/Commerce, or related equivalent
10 years of related management experience
Certification and experience with the Open Group Architectural Framework (TOGAF) would be an asset
Strong team leader and member with the ability to select and develop staff and influence the performance of others
Ability to impact and influence employee engagement and development, while focusing on teamwork and holding people accountable
