Redhead Equipment has an exciting career opportunity for a Digital Marketing Coordinator based out of our Regina Head Office. Working within the Marketing Department and collaboratively with internal partners, this position will be responsible for the strategy, implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Redhead Equipment website and related digital marketing initiatives. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the following:
- Building a strategy to promote our company, its equipment and campaigns through a modern website, focused on SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Managing the relationship with our webhost and leveraging web analytics data to derive actionable insights about site experience and web users
- Creating engaging, effective and on-brand content for web, email and social media platforms, with an emphasis on proofreading and basic graphic design
- Developing, tracking and analyzing all digital marketing efforts via: Email, SEO, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), Social Media, landing pages, web capture forms, direct mail, lead acquisition & sourcing
- Monitoring online inventory listings for each division to ensure theyre effective, on-brand, up-to-date and yielding results
- Creating processes to enhance our customer database and ensure compliance with digital communication standards, such as CASL
- Ongoing support of the Marketing Department as needed
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years related post-secondary education and/or experience in a similar role, as well as a solid understanding of online marketing applications, such as Mailchimp, Uberflip, Google Analytics, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Google AdWords. Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite and web writing experience is preferred. A positive and team-oriented attitude is a must.
