The job duties include:
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of Gateway Alliance Medical. Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, office management, patient care and privacy considerations. Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within the establishment. Advice clinic of their legal rights and all matters related to law. Research legal precedents and gather evidence. Draw up legal documents such as real estate transactions and contracts, and prepare statements of legal opinions. Negotiate settlements of disputes. Plan, administer and control budgets for contracts, equipment and supplies. Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services. Utilize established network to conduct recruitment of physicians in domestic and international domains.
