POSITION SUMMARY
Performance of clerical duties associated with accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, revenues, expenses, general ledger, cash custody, bank deposits, payroll, benefits and related support functions associated with financial and administrative activities as called upon.

- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable, Invoicing and Collections
- Bank Deposits and Cash Custodian
- Payroll and Benefits Processing
- Concession and Financial Reconciliations
- Reception
KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of computerized accounting and payroll applications.
- Knowledge of general accounting practices related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Knowledge of CCRA Payroll Guide.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of concentration.
- Knowledge of various office systems.
- Problem solving and math skills.
- Investigative skills in order to research and determine information for billing and to complete reconciliations and custom billing follow-up.
- Persuasion, presentation for collection activities.
- Bi-lingual in both official languages is considered an asset.
