Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary Legal Secretary in Regina, SK. To qualify for this Legal Secretary role, you must be able to enhance attorney effectiveness by providing information management support by conserving the attorneys time by reading, researching, reviewing, verifying, and routing correspondence, reports and legal documents accordingly.
Legal Secretary Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and clients by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
- Transcribing, formatting, coordinating case preparation.
- Maintain the attorneys calendar.
- Coordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agendas for meetings.
- Maintain client confidence by keeping client/attorney information confidential.
- Maintain office supplies.
Legal Secretary Education requirement:
- Relevant legal studies
- Previous experience working in a legal office.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Must Have:
- Clear Criminal Background
- Able to provide 2 work related references
