We are looking for a Receptionist-Secretary with a minimum of 3yrs experience. Must have Quickbooks and Microsoft Office knowledge. Some electrical experience would be ideal but not necessary.
Some duties will include the following:
-Ability to sort responsibilities in order of priority.
-Answer routine inquiries, screen, determine priority, and route telephone calls appropriately.
-Accounts Receivable/ Payable
-Maintain files and filing system, maintain schedules for Electricians
-Anticipate and determine priority of deadlines and perform problem-solving tasks
Education: Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must have vaild drivers license as well as current drivers abstract and crimal record check.
Duties to commence in as soon as possible.
