Description

The KITCHEN SUPERVISOR is responsible for the day to day operation of the Boston Pizza kitchen under the direction of the KITCHEN MANAGER.   This includes conducting the affairs of business in regards to the kitchen, the purchasing, receiving and preparation of all foodstuffs, according to company policies and practices, the staffing and scheduling of the back of the house staff and the on-going training, supervision and development of the kitchen staff.

The KITCHEN SUPERVISOR  will be responsible to the KITCHEN MANAGER for ensuring that all products received meet Boston Pizza International Inc. specification, that the invoicing is correct in respect to quantity, quality and price and that the products are properly dated, rotated and stored.  They will ensure that all products are prepared according to Boston Pizza systems and standards ensuring a high quality product presentation at all times. The KITCHEN SUPERVISOR  will maintain control over prescribed food and labour costs and other kitchen related operating expenses.
