The Controller plays a key role in financial reporting and business activities while overseeing all activities of the Accounting and Administration department.  Areas of responsibility include: meeting monthly financial reporting deadlines,  AR and AP supervision, cash flow tracking, staff mentorship and development, and continuous improvement of the Company's ERP and reporting systems.

We require an individual with a professional accounting designation who has prior experience with financial reporting, as well as a past experience leading an accounting team.  This is a hands on position for an individual enthusiastic about getting involved in helping our department achieve their reporting goals while providing support to the Executive to meet business and financial objectives.  Exposure to accounting or past experience in a manufacturing and/or processing environment is a valuable asset for this position.

Candidates should have an aptitude for data analysis, excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, and above average computer expertise (accounting software and spreadsheets).
