Kaycan Ltd , the Canadian market leader in manufacturing and distributing quality aluminum, vinyl and engineered wood siding products for the construction market, has an immediate career opportunity for Customer Service Team Lead at its Regina, SK branch. This is a permanent, full-time position to work Monday to Friday daytime hours.
The candidates key responsibilities include :
Responding to customer inquiries through busy walk-in traffic;
Oversee, supervise and provide guidance to the customer service team to ensure prompt and accurate processing of transactions;
Administration and processing of customer orders ;
Ensure customer service staff acquire and maintain appropriate interpersonal skills and extensive product knowledge of the full range of products and services;
Responsible for administrative and operational functions, reporting and verifications according to policy;
Ensure accounts receivables are kept current.
The ideal candidate has the following qualifications :
A team player with excellent customer service skills;
3-5 years experience in a similar role including in-person customer service and supervising experience;
Attention to detail and strong data entry skills;
Very good computer skills and experience with MS Office, Data Entry and Databases;
Well-organized;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
