Victoria Pulse Trading Corp. is looking for a qualified applicant for the role of facility manager for its plant operation. The responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

Understand the Grain and Pulse Industry. Be able to work with Farmers and the farming community.
Understand grain cleaning equipment and grain flow process.
Understand CGC grading and quality standards. Know what the equipment in the plant is capable of, to ensure standards are met.
Manage logistics via truck and rail. Coordinate with company's logistics department. Be able to load railcars.
Manage the day to day operations reporting to the head office.
Be able to train and manage employees in a safe and friendly working environment.
Ensure plant yard and equipment are being maintained and serviced properly.
Ensure samples and records are being kept for all product being received, processed and shipped.
Take part in trade shows and pulse conventions representing Victoria Pulse Trading; understanding the companys code of conduct.
Help develop process's that will create efficiencies for the company.  
Have management experience
Respond to emergencies
Understand Health Safety procedures.
