Facility: COMMUNITY HEALTH (MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES)
Job Description: Working out of a designated Mental Health Services Clinic, the incumbent will provide Mental Health Social Work services. These services will be delivered through a combination of direct service, consultation, community resource development and education.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Social Work
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers (SASW)
Experience
Experience with, and understanding of Mental Health Programs is desirable.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Analytical skills
Ability to communicate with and maintain an effective working relationship with clients from diverse social, economic and cultural backgrounds
Ability to travel both within the region and provincially
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Ability to demonstrate initiative, independent judgment and organizational skills
Ability to conduct client assessments and engage in effective treatment planning
Ability to effectively counsel and work with individuals, families, and groups
Computer skills including Microsoft Office word processing and spreadsheets, email and internet
Proven administrative, organizational and leadership skills;
Good interpersonal skills utilizing sensitivity and courtesy when dealing with patients, staff and physicians
Extensive knowledge of and ability to deliver preventive, treatment and maintenance therapy programs
