POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Sales Supervisor, provide front-line customer service in a retail environment. Communication consultants are the Company's most visible representative to customers. Therefore, communication consultants must always act with tact and decorum to ensure customer needs are met. A communication consultant must identify and respond to customer needs, complete retail sales and provide front-line customer service. The position will involve the prioritizing of customer requirements and communicating with customers in-person, over the telephone or by email. Communication consultants must also provide after sale customer support and follow-up.
