David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client, a busy company that provides services on projects across Saskatchewan, to recruit an experienced Site Administrator based in Saskatoon.

The Role:

Maintain all site invoicing requirements as directed by Field Administrative Manager
Support and assist all Project Accounting functions
Monitor compliance associated with contractual terms and conditions
Responsible for all site mobilization and de-mobilization efforts as related to Field Administration
Support Site Management in preparation of Monthly Reports
Invoice Client per the Terms and Conditions of the Prime Contracts
Provide requested reports to Management as necessary

The Ideal Candidate:

Good communications skills combined with strong organization and time management skills
Above average technical ability - Advanced Excel, Word and Outlook
Previous experience with SAP functionality and terminology would be an asset
Previous experience with AutoCAD functionality and terminology would be an asset
1 - 3 years' experience in administering small to medium size Maintenance/Construction projects
