Description

Pineland Co-op in Nipawin invites applications for the position of Head Cashier.

The successful applicant will be responsible for leading all aspects of the customer service department in the Nipawin Food Store including training, supervising, monitoring productivity and managing performance for a team of shift supervisors and cashiers.

Previous grocery and supervisory experience, along with Grade 12 or equivalent, are required.

Preference will be given to candidates with strong leadership skills who can focus on providing outstanding guest service while adhering to operational policies, procedures and standards.
