You love saving the day. You're the friendly voice when customers have questions regarding their TV, phone, home security, and Internet service. You're a people person. Many claim to be, but you're the real deal.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Providing Access Good Old-Fashioned Service when answering customer inquiries and requests regarding their services and billing over the phone.
- Booking installations, transfers of service, and service calls as needed.
- Troubleshooting equipment.
- Answering customer billing inquiries.
- Resolving problems, making account changes and accepting payments as well as distributing equipment from our retail store.
Our Call Centre is open 7 days a week. These positions will involve day, evening, and weekend shifts (from 8am - 9pm).
These part time positions will work approximately 25 -30 hours per week. Open availability for scheduling is a requirement.
Classroom training is full time for 6 weeks.
Candidate Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years customer service /sales experience.
- Working experience of computers and various software and database programs.
- Previous experience with AS400 would be an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle all customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Accuracy, a high level of concentration and ability to deal with time pressures is essential.
- Able to work independently and operate effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of Accesss products and services would be an asset.
- Clear criminal record check is required.
