The Saskatchewan Early Childhood Association is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to work in our Weyburn office starting early June 2016.
This is a part time one year term position.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Executive Director and provide support to SECA members.
As one of the first points of contact for the association you will be responsible for a wide variety of duties and therefore must demonstrate a high standard of professionalism. You will have a strong work ethic and positive attitude that contributes to the success of the organization.
- Answer telephones in prompt and professional manner
- Maintain organized and tidy office at all times
- Generate reports
- Update data bases and general data entry
- Prepare and distribute email and fax correspondence
- Process mail, invoices and payments
- Maintain confidential records and files
- Assist with general operations of the organization and miscellaneous clerical duties as required
