As Canadas largest Full Line department store retailer, Sears provides a fast-paced, innovative and team oriented environment.
This position is primarily responsible for executing the flow of merchandise into and out of the Store, as well as flow throughout the store as required, in order to maximize sale and profitability consistent with Sears Mission, Vision & Values.
Work in compliance with all laws and regulations and attend or complete all required health and safety training, report all accidents and take every precaution reasonable to ensure personal safety and the safety of others.
This involves:
Participating in the daily offloading and content distribution of containers and trailers, including reviewing the load conditions of merchandise arrivals, checking and verifying trailer content and bills of lading, and flowing merchandise to floor/stockroom locations.
Collaborating with other areas within the store to ensure merchandise is staged, available, and ready for the customer; ensuring merchandise is not damaged during loading etc.
