Requirements:
-Secondary school education.
-Minimum 1 year working experience as a cook in Chinese Cuisine.
-Cantonese spoken is preferable.
-Be able to work independently.
-Possess excellent working personality such as time management, honesty, creativity and cost conscious.
-Be able to bring new idea to our new menu and buffet line.
-Be able to read English menu and communicate with our staff clearly in English.
Responsibility:
-Cooking, food preparation, Manage daily kitchen operation.
-Train existing staff and future kitchen staff.
-Clean up kitchen.
