Description

Responsible for overnight operations in the Hotel.
Responsibilities:
Ability to meet guests needs, answer questions,
resolve minor issues.
Help create a positive work environment through
teamwork and cooperation.
Cash handling responsibilities.
Responsible for guest check-in/out, while
multitasking and answering telephone and directing
calls to the requested extension.
Provide guests with accurate information
regarding the facilities, rates and availability
of accommodation within the hotel.
Ensure that the Hotel entrances are clean and
tidy
Ensure the lobby and public washrooms are clean.
Laundry and assisting housekeeping as needed.
Assist with breakfast bar setup, refilling and
cleaning as needed.
Follow Hotel grooming policy.

Qualifications:
Ability to work with minimal supervison.
Ability to work in a fast paced and multitasking
environment.
Friendly and enthusiastic.
  Keen eye for detail.
Reliable and flexible. Able to work 12-midnight to 6am.  
Strong keyboard and computer skills an asset
Strong telephone communication skills.
