Quest is currently recruiting for a Sales Assistant/Receptionist on behalf of our client.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Sales Administrator and dynamic sales team.
Responsibilities to include:
> answering incoming calls and other reception duties
> data entry of extremely important documents
> follow up with customers
> filing
> keeping marketing materials up to date and well stocked
Ideal candidate must have minimum 5 years office experience, excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), internet, email (outlook).
Also must have excellent communication skills, good organizational skills and time management.
This position is to start immediately.
