DK Electronics requires a full time front office admin clerk/ assistant. DK ELECTRONICS is a home electronic service shop.
Job duties include
- Service call management.
- Customer service, excellent telephone and front counter customer
- Computer data entry.
- warranty claim submissions
- work order management
- Parts ordering/receiving
- General office duties
Skills required
- Good verbal customer service skills
- Ability to multi task, work fast and efficient
- Good attention to detail
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work with out supervision.
- General computer skills, Microsoft word, excels and email.
- Ability to perform some lifting
-clear criminal record check
