The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly motivated Member Service Support Receptionist with strong interpersonal skills to join our member service team. As the face of WCU, they are responsible for ensuring our members are receiving the best experience possible. The successful candidate will be willing to accept new challenges and work effectively as a team member to provide quality financial services to our members. This position reports directly to the Member Service Support Manager and will be responsible for receptionist duties within the Member Service department, as well as perform complex secretarial and administrative functions enhancing the image of the credit union through typed communication and report presentation.
Qualifications
Completion of an office education course plus 1-2 years of related work experience.
Proficient PC skills using Work and Excel software packages.
