The Resort at Cypress Hills is currently seeking a highly motivated and customer service-oriented team player to join our Front Desk Team as a Front Desk Supervisor.
The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for running all front-of-the-house tasks. Their particular focus is on customer service and ensuring 100% guest satisfaction by providing efficient and friendly service and by exceeding all Resort guests expectations. They should be outgoing, friendly and able to deal with the public, one on one, in a professional manner.
This is a shared position and will offer full time hours to the chosen candidate.
Requirements
Extensive customer service experience
Experience managing people and leading a team
Skills & Abilities
Previous experience with guest services in a lodging operation
Strong leadership skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong professional communication skills, including ability to provide outstanding
customer service, maintain positive employee relations
Ability to work well under pressure and without supervision
Ability to motivate, train and develop team members
Ability to learn and communicate product knowledge to guests and employees
Ability to work in a fast paced work environment
Ability to use word processing and spreadsheet software, and proprietary hotel
software
Decision making/ problem resolution skills
