ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT (PRAP-16-44)

We have a current job opening for an Administrative Support person in our Prince Albert location.    Responsibilities will include:

Greeting customers as they enter the warehouse and directing them to service areas or contacts
Answering phone and taking detailed, legible messages when required
Performing cashier duties; including processing cash sale transactions and accepting account payments
Preparing outgoing mail
Ordering office & cleaning supplies
Responding to customer enquiries regarding invoices
Printing invoices
Other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate must have outstanding customer service and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.   Excellent communication skills are necessary to succeed in this role. The successful candidate will also have strong problem solving capabilities, good computer skills, and previous experience in processing sale transactions using a computerized system.
